At BCBGMAXAZRIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment, minus any applicable return fees.
